Platinum Preppy Refillable Highlighter

Same as the Platinum Preppy series, this Refillable Highlighter shares the “Slip and Seal Mechanism” technique. It employs a spring in the cap to force an air tight closure around the tip, thus prevents ink from drying out for this highlighter.
