The Brause Bandzug Nib is a squared nib for italic lettering with an ink reservoir on top. The tip has a unique, slight angle which gives its upstrokes a thin precision, making the Bandzug nib ideal for Gothic, Roman, and italic lettering. The .7mm nib is a size that is unique to Brause. This size nib is good for invitations, or when the 1mm is just a little too large.
